How do I store my macarons? To keep your macarons freshest, store them in an airtight container for up to 1-3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
Where do you sell your macarons? We sell our macarons at the Roslyn Farmers Market from June-September and Ellensburg Farmers Market May-October. We also do pop-ups at local stores, events and restaurants. Please check @lemonthymemacarons on instagram for updates!
Where is your store located? We have a coffee and bakery trailer in Roslyn, WA. We are located 118 W PENNSLYVANNIA AVENUE, ROSLYN, WA 98941. We are open Thursdays-Sundays and holiday Monadays. We are currently baking at a commercial kitchen in Cle Elum, Washington. We do custom orders, weddings and are at the Ellensburg Farmers Market, Roslyn Farmers Market
How far in advanced do I need to order? Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advanced. Orders not placed within that time frame will result to a $15 rushing fee (this excludes the monthly macaron promotions ex: Valentines Day Box and St. Patricks Day Box)
Are your macarons gluten-free? Yes. Our macarons are all made from gluten-free ingredients unless it is flavored with any WHEAT cookies, cakes or jams. While our kitchen is not certified gluten-free, we make every effort to maintain a gluten-free environment.
I have certain food allergies. What should I be aware of? Traditional French macarons, like we bake, are made of almonds, sugar, salt and egg whites. The fillings are made, depending on flavor, with sugar, egg yolks, dairy, fruits, tree nuts, peanuts. If you have a specific allergy question, please call or email us.

How are your macarons packaged/sold? Macarons are sold and packaged in plant based biodegradable plastic boxes.
Do you make macarons for weddings? Yes please contact us and provide your wedding date and an estimate of how many macarons you will need. We will contact you for a macaron tasting and consultation.

Do you offer shipping? We currently do not offer shipping at this time. We offer free deliveries in the following cities: Roslyn, Cle Elum, Easton, and Ellensburg WA.
