Pavlova

Pavlova is a sweet meringue based treat. It can also be known as a “Ballerina Dessert” because it was named after the Russian Ballerina, Anna Pavlova.

The meringue pavlova has the meringue as the base, layered with whip topping and seasonal fruit. Lemon Thyme Macarons likes to personalize our pavlovas with accents of macarons, powdered sugar, mint leaves and whatever deems fit for the flavor of the pavlova.

Flavors are below. Fruit toppings are depending on the season or what is available. If you have any specifications, please include that in our Pavlova Form.

Flavors:

Red Berry (strawberries and raspberries, pomegranates (if available), cherries (if available)

Berry Pavlova (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

Tropical (pineapple, mango, kiwi (if available)i, pogmengrantes, lychee, jackfruit

Lemon Blueberry (lemon curd, whip topping, blueberries)

Chocolate Hazelnut (hazel nut whip topping, chocolate and raspberries)

Pavlovas are gluten-free but we are not a gluten-free certified kitchen
